web pages, etc that promote pornography that is either
illegally or unethically putting links in chat rooms,
instant messages, and/or e-mail.
KIKS
has provided evidence to an AOL law firm in order to file
against these individuals and companies.
KIKS, working with law enforcement, has caught 4 child
predators. KIKS is helping take the sexual/child predators
off the internet and off the streets.
KIKS speaks to different organizations to educate the
public of the real issues plaguing the internet.
KIKS worked with the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) by
providing evidence to file against 6 businesses and 5
individuals. Over 700,000 dollars in fines were paid to
settle this case under the can spam act of 2003.
