order to steer you towards links that go to
adult sites.
Redirect Sites:
Websites that are used to redirect customer
traffic to a main website. This is a tool used
by spammers to advertise without getting the
main site directly in trouble.
PORNO-TERRORIST:
Certain adult sites (pornographers/spammers)
advertise through chats, profiles, email,
instant messages or any other means of
electronic advertisement that is unethical
and/or unlawful. (Keep adult material in its
place, where only adults can get access through
an age verification process and advertise in an
ethical and lawful manner.)

best "Cramer said he doesn't like the management
and would scale out of the stock every time it
rises on takeover rumors".
What kind of ISP knows of violations
of their own terms of service, knows kids can
get into their chats by simply lying with no
real age verification program, and does very
little to combat these issues. This is sick
behavior. The best we can hope for is for
Microsoft to buy Yahoo and do a DONALD TRUMP
(You're Fired) on the top management and put
someone in charge who will care about the
company policies and protecting kids. When your
own management does not put a priority to
enforce Yahoo’s terms of service that is truly
shameful.
HEY YAHOO LEGAL/MANAGEMENT: The
spamming generally comes from camazon.com,
sexplaycam.com (loadedcash.com affiliate
program), webpower,ifriends.net,
totallyfreecams.com (clickcash affiliate
program; moneytree), and streamate.com
(streamatecash.com affiliate program). Simply
contact these sites and have this stopped
immediately if you care about violations of your

KIKS is simply ashamed of Yahoo management.
STREAMATE.COM has advertised even if
you say you are underage and goes to exit links
with graphic porn. Some accounts get shut down
only to let the spammers regain employment time
and again. Liz Rekevic, abuse department
employee of FCI/streamate, knows about these
problems but with her FULL KNOWLEDGE they
continue. Instead of stopping this type of
advertising and working with KIKS, Liz (her
company) gets an attorney.
Attorney Jim Clark of
OSERAN,HAHN,SPRING,STRAIGHT & WATTS, P.S. in
Bellevue, WA (www.ohswlaw.com) has threatened to
sue KIKS if we don't take Liz off the webpage of
shame. There is such a thing as first
amendment rights and telling the truth is
neither slanderous nor libelous. KIKS can back
up our statements with video and/or print
screens and/or emails. If Liz is so concerned
about her and her companies reputation then act
in a responsible manner, help protect kids, and
stop the violations of terms of service and/or
laws. Spammers have told KIKS in the past they
will go elsewhere if they are not getting paid
by an affiliate program.
The truth is streamate.com is
violating terms of service of Yahoo and/or AOL
even though Liz Rekevic clearly has stated
streamate.com does not have permission to
advertise. The few she did shut down they seem
to get accounts later anyway. To KIKS,
streamate.com has no credibility and simply
should be ashamed. Streamate.com has posted RTA
(Restricted to Adults) label, ASACP (Association
of Sites advocating Child Protection), ICRA
label-now FOSI (Family Online Safety
Institute). You can label your site all you
want saying your protecting children but if you
advertise where kids have been seen chatting or
in violations of terms of service and/or laws,
what is the point? Oh the irony.
KIKS has brought these violations to
the attention of these so called non-profits to
protect children (i.e. asacp, fosi) that
streamate.com has listed on their site but these
non-profits seem to not want to get involved.
Should KIKS warn the parents about the adult
sites or the child protection sites? Epoch.com
is one of the billing companies for
streamate.com which they seem to want to
continue to do business with streamate.com
knowing they will continue to hire these type
spammers. It must be profitable for both
companies. Hosting for this site is
accretive-networks.com which continues to host
streamate.com after receiving abuse reports.
Below is an instant message on
YAHOO. Even if You say you are underage this
spammer will continue to send porn links that go
to exit links with graphic porn. This spammer
has the following sites hosted by RACE.com.

336514,335859, but now 336860 allowed to get new
accounts same ez-cams spammer that has
been at streamate.com for a long time. This is
the same account that would send adult links
even if you say your underage (as per IM below)
and they continue to hire this same spammer over
and over again. These are just recent
affiliate accounts this spammer has had but does
not include all accounts they may have had in
the past.

Last time KIKS checked advertising
in violation of terms of service, sending links
that go to porn even if you say you are underage
or email spam is not in the best interest of
KIDS. THIS IS SICK BEHAVIOR.
If these attorneys and/or companies
wish to ignore abuse reports or delay shutting
down accounts after receiving abuse reports or
allowing same spammers to regain employment time
and again that is a conscious choice they make.
Just keep in mind that kids could be getting
these advertisements where some links go to
graphic porn.
APPROVED MEMBER OF ASACP. This is
the billing company for numerous adult sites. In
the past they helped solve some issues of their
clients spamvertising. In-house counsel,
Adriana Adulic, helped KIKS shut down a few
accounts and KIKS praised their efforts. Shortly
after some of our reports seemed to be ignored
and guess what? They got an attorney.
Epoch.com has FULL KNOWLEDGE of how
one client (streamate.com-asacp approved member)
is advertising. Rand Pate of Epoch is on the
advisory council. Do you really think he will
advise ASACP to stop working with a company that
is spamming and will cut their own profits from
this company? No wonder ASACP doesn't want to
get involved as per their email. This so called
non-profit Child Protection organization does
not want to deal with issues of PORNOGRAPHY TO
CHILDREN and/or violations of terms of service
and/or laws from their sponsors who provide a
service for streamate.com. This is no ordinary
sponsor but Epoch is a PLATINUM sponsor. A
platinum sponsor gives generously to this
non-profit.
On the ASACP website for Billing
Companies 'industry best practices' it states:
'Know your clients'. So epoch knows
streamate.com violates terms of service to
advertise on ISP's but continues to work with
streamate.com. So does this mean they are
working together to violate ISP's terms of
service in order to profit their business which
would seem to violate ASACP's 'industry best
practices' and is this acceptable to ASACP?

etc., and exclude images to prevent children
from unknowingly viewing adult material. '
Some porn sites that donate violate this 'Best
Practices' policy of ASACP and Joan Irvine
(CEO of ASACP.org) has FULL KNOWLEDGE of such
violations. Under the mission statement claims
'ASACP also works to help parents prevent
children from viewing age-inappropriate material
online. ' KIKS supposes ASACP will have to warn
parents about their donors/members that violate
the 'Best Practices Policy' or spamvertises.
Let's see here: All the sites that
violate this policy who donate to ASACP. Let's
just start with Platinum Sponsors.

In-House counsel, says they look into all
reports yet these same people seem to be
employed through their affiliate program over

We brought this AND other issues
like this to the attention of FOSI.org (starting
in December of 2007) who webpower.com claims to
be in good standing and KIKS seems to be ignored
after bringing this to the attention of
FOSI.org, but then again we aren't a donor for
this non profit.
Contacted
webpower.com/clickcash.com about whether or not
you have age verification to advertise their
adult sites. NO RESPONSE.
This is a company who is hosting a
few websites from a porn bot spammer that has
spammed on YAHOO for streamate.com. Race.com
has known about this spammer's sites for months
and EVEN KNOWS THEY WILL SEND LINKS EVEN IF YOU
SAY YOUR UNDERAGE but RACE.com seems to want to
support this activity by keeping these sites
up. KIKS has sent requests for their legal
department to address these issues with no
response and has contacted Raul Alvarez (support
person) who has supposedly talked to the abuse
department in the company but to no avail.
Spammers have told us in the past that they will
make deals in order to spam or keep up their
websites. What is happening here KIKS is
unsure, but any person who cares about kids and
acting professionally would have shut down these

AOL has made real efforts in recent
years but clearly has not been able to finish
what they have started. There are some of the
same spammers on AOL we have seen for months or
years. KIKS has used the notify AOL button but
continues on a regular basis. They seem to use
phishing sites to steal screennames in order to
run porn bots in AOL chats or email spam using
AOL screennnames. Lately, KIKS has seen quite a
few porn bots running the chats that will send
adult links even if you say you are underage.
Unfortunately, many kids get access to AOL
chats. KIKS hopes that management at AOL does
not write off these issues as part of doing
business on the internet.
However, AOL has shut down their AIM
(Aol Instant Message) chats some time ago as
KIKS complained about all the porn bots that
were flooding those chats where kids were
chatting. Way to go AOL. Please just finish
the job on the few spammers who seem to have
TENURE WITH AOL.

of links to xxxblackbook.com aka camazon aka
loadedcash.com in the profiles sitting in AOL
chats.. This is your clue AOL. Not to mention
the 'pics in my profile' spammer that has new
names everyday advertising adult sites in their
profiles. This is the guy that has real TENURE
at AOL. CUTE BikiniGrl5y: pics in
my profile. You can see these all day long in
some AOL chats scrolling with all kinds of other
bots in AOL chats. AOL has known about this
because KIKS has made it clear to them through
the notify AOL button and/or emails.
Contacted through the years their
Attorney David Bloom and recently started
contacting Carlos from the abuse department.
They act like they want to help but later check
links where some still go to accounts after
reports have been sent. RTA label and ICRA
label (Fosi.org).
Please do not allow people to get
accounts after being terminated.
Contacted about whether or not
you have age verification to advertise their
adult sites. NO RESPONSE.
Below is a partial instant message
from a loadedcash.com affiliate representative
that helps affiliates. It seems to show they
will work with spammers in order to bring in
business. This is basically camazon.com and a
few other websites that advertise on
YAHOO/AOL. Showing a person how to advertise
without getting caught such as 'best to change
up your redirect links every couple days'. If
you were a legitimate advertiser there is no
reason to act in such a manner. KIKS has
brought issues regarding advertising on
YAHOO/AOL to these companies for a very long
time. Beanfield seems to continue to want to do
business with those that advertise in this
manner, there must be good money in it if
beanfield continues to want to do business with
streamate.com. Grant Dyer at beanfield.net has
FULL knowledge of their continued actions. How
come your company provides business that will
advertise in this manner time and again?
These sites seem to be all over
YAHOO currently including Instant message links
sent. Once again even if you say your underage
these sites continue to advertise. THIS IS SICK
BEHAVIOR.
YAHOO LEGAL/MANAGEMENT go to these
companies if you wish to stop this advertising.
